My Crossbow

Post by Scnicker »

Hi there everyone,

I recently got hold of a small sized crossbow. My mother brought it from the far east and it really works. The bolts aren't too sharp, but they do the trick ;)

(p.s.1:I didn't know where this belonged so this place seemed the best place for it.)
(p.s.2:Sorry for the mess around the photo :D )

Wow. Your mon's cool!
I wish I had a real crossbow, all I got is a rusty old sword in a pile of trash in my basement.

That's pretty cool. I have two myself, though they are mostly decorative (They do function, and could very well kill somebody, but I wouldn't expect them to punch through armor or anything like that). Have fun with your new toy... and by that I mean have fun, but don't shoot your eye out.

No no, I usually shoot at pillows from a 3-4 m distance. It's really long ranged, but it's sweet. You know, I have a neighbour that I don't really like, hmm...

Cool. Crossbows are fun, but be careful. Even a small one can cause some damage. I have two. One is a pistol style with 50lb draw and the other is a rifle style with 120lb draw. The 120 pounder can put a bolt through 1/2 inch plywood. The range on it is about 400 feet. Have fun with yours and leave that neighbor alone! :)
