The "post your sig fig thread"!

Post by adm_matthew »

Everyone has a sig-fig, that certain fig that has always been "You". This is the thread where you post a picture, or a link to your sig fig. Also put a little description of your fig somewhere in your post :)

This is mine right now: http://www.galacticbrick.com/lotr/king-eruanno.html

King Eruanno (or Matthew) is the King of my LEGO Kingdom of Gondor. I have used the Peter Parker head for my sig fig in its various forms (first SW Admiral, then Black Falcon King, now King of Gondor) since late 2002 :)

http://geocities.com/sklars_lego/sigfig.html That's my sigfig, info is on that page.

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=62455 That's my SW-oriented sigfig, teh Darktrooper! A rouge Clone who decided he was different from the rest. He has inverted clone armor, note the custom helmet.

http://www.angelfire.com/sc3/sklars_lego/sorel1.jpg And that's my castle-oriented sigfig. Sorel the Elf King! He rules over the land of Legia, riding on his steed, Rilian.

good topic!

unfortunately i dont have any pics of my fig but i can give a short discription.

i used to use one of the old 6080 knights as my sigfig. later on it became an armored crusader fig<same fig with euro armor and new visor> In the late 90's i adopted a royal knights figh with bullet helmet and euro armor. Most recently i've constructed Lord Astirax a paladin grandmaster from griffindor knight statue, classic smily head, red tripple plume in gold helmet. He is armed with a gold shield and longsword, white lance, and light grey short sword depending on what weapon the battle calls for. His steed is a white warhorse with the king leo barding.

My avatar is my sig-fig.

Great topic, by the way

Ok, I took some pictures of my other sig-fig.

On his wolf (wolf designed by the esteemed Lord Sava)
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/KBloc ... gFig/1.jpg

And just him (sword made by a friend by filing down a chrome sword)
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/KBloc ... gFig/2.jpg

He doesn't look like me very much, because if he did, he would look a lot less cool : )

I dont have a "sig-fig" because I prefer only using my avatar shield. If I did have a fig - it would probably be a lion knight from 6080.

To all CC members using sig figs - make sure to check out our policy viewtopic.php?t=499

We dont mind sig fig images, just please keep them small.
Thanks! :D

My sig fig is Mamaril (pron: Mah-maril... "one who shoots") who took the royal title of Mandirigma-Hari ("Warrior-King") Kampilan (a name for a type of sword).

His backround is that of an archer as he and his predecessors were all hunters, though he prefers to fight by cavalry and uses the cavalry version of a Kampilan.

The fig is also my new Avatar, and I have had previous pre-ancients as well as pre-Boba Fett versions of him before and all of that figs incarnations were made to represent me.

Im also gonna make a Near-Future Military theme minifig of myself too.
