New Colour Tree

Post by Assassin »

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere here, so maybe I'm the only one to spot it so far, but, has anyone else had a close look at the Bellville Ice Queen set ?

In the background is a fir tree, but the top third is WHITE with the lower part green. Hopefully it is a real item and will appear in other models soon.

I think I'd prefer a solid color tree. A solid color tree can still be used in a snowy MOC, but a snowy tree can't be used in any other environment.

Good eye. Looks useful, but I too wish it were more white, or completely white. That little bit of white at the top doesn't look natural. No trees have snow only on the top 2 feet.
