Thanks! I printed some torso decals from the How-to section to build up my black k army and I was having trouble getting it shiny but........silver paper? seriously? I mean - It won't just work with regular printing paper? That kinda defeats the purpose of free decals

Of course it will work with regular printing paper--but it won't be shiny. You seem to realise this yourself when you say "I was having trouble getting it shiny." The fact is that (five years ago when this thread was current and I daresay today on most people's printers) your average printer simply doesn't print with "shiny" ink. For that you need fancier equipment than most of us have.

You know what they say about things that are free: you get what you pay for.
