This is a very small, but useful set. It is great because you can use it as an army builder, but if you don't buy a ton it is pretty much worthless.
I give it a 6.5/10.

I like the shield and the fig the most. Wagon wheels are always good to have, too. Do I see a classic sword poking up behind the chest?

Nice little cart. I think this might have been the first set I bought multiple copies of. Good figure, nice armory. About the best it could be given its size and price.

Neat little set, not much to complain about---but that fig would be way buff if
he had to lug that cart around everywhere!!!
Get that man a horse!!!

It looks nicely done, from the instructions (since I don't have it and don't feel like building it).

Pretty much, yeah. There isn't much else, although the wagon wheels are nice. I don't really care for the single-piece axle, since you can't do as much with them, but it's not too bad.I like the shield and the fig the most.

Hey,
That has to be one of my favorite shields, so just as a source of that this set gets top marks.

Great set, for what it is.
This is one of those sets that's virtually useless unless you already own other sets. For most of us.. that's a non-issue. But for a kid -- this shouldn't be your first LEGO set.
That said.. the design is weird.. and the idea of a soldier lugging around a hand-cart never sat well with me. As a kid, I gave the cart to my peasants, and put the soldier in with his fellows.
So it's really just a theme builder, and not much of a set in and of itself.
But like all of LEGO's older minifig packs and small theme-builder sets.. it's awesome and anyone that didn't buy it when it was out clearly wasn't thinking straight.

Forge not works of art but swords of death, for therein lies great art.

Good army builder, but you can easily get too many chests and wheels. I like the addition of a spear and a sword.

There isn't much to this set but it was still a decent buy.
For a few bucks you get a yellow flag, a spear, a sword, a shield, and a Lion Knight as well as a treasure chest and some wheels.
I like that the set comes with plenty of weapons so that you may pick and choose how you wish to arm your forces. The only real downside is that I don't like the choice of helmet for the soldier. I only use that type of helmet on archers, and this set comes with neither a bow or quiver.
Still a nice little set, and something exciting for a kid to buy with their allowance.

it's just so cute! I have always had a soft spot for this set. Mind you until recently I thought you couldn't run out of chests...
