Cool! Another one coaxed out of the dark ages and into the light... :-) Great to see another member here. I wonder what made you come to LEGO after so long?

Would before the founding of C-C.com be long enough for you? :-P

Actually, LEGO isnt and wont be my main hobby - ever. But I've been wanting to do some stuff with it for quite a long time - So I figured i'd better get to it after thinking about it for 3 years!!!

Thanx guys,

Well, good to have another fan!
Do you customise peices? Cut them up to make them better? Paint boots on your rangers? Stuff like that?

Got a Brickshelf account?

Welcome to CC Zander! It's great to get new members, especially ones who have come out of a dark age!
People aren't too cool to play with LEGO, LEGO is too cool to play with them.

Quite a few of my bricks are in need of some kind of stripper from back when I used to marker them to customize them :-P

But yes, to an extent, I do do that - Many of my weapons are painted. Ever since I quit lego, my biggest hobby has been Warhammer, so I am quite good at painting and modeling :-P

Actually, it hasnt so much been a non-lego age as a Bionicle-age  But now that Lego has turned "mystical fantasy island" into "Bling gangstas, yo", ive gotten out of Bionicle.
