Updated: Teutonic Knights ! (Including stickers)

I am currently inspired by this image:

I have been busy all weekend now, creating these shields :

Of course, the variations are almost endless :

My plan is to make more shields, torso's and maybe some custom weapons. I will keep this post updated as work progresses. For those interrested in Teutonic Knights :

And uhmm .. i cant leave out mr Two-Tonic.. hope you have fun with the stickers..
Thanks to Anthony for the templates.

Oh yeah .. how do i share my .psd files with you guys for easy download of the stickers ?

Wow, that one is awesome! Keep it up! 8)

Of my knowledge, the teutons had a vast array of variations of their shields and heraldry, including a blank one with a small cross in the upper left corner, iron cross versions, regular cross, hospitalller crosses, the one with the eagle heraldry, and many more, making this a fun thing to see :D

Hey Hag!

Great shield there, I like it! Have you printed it out yet? Just curious how the eagle looks when it is shrunk down to shield size.

Two-Tonic Knights! No doubt from the TwoToeBurgerKingWald. Yes!

Great job. I have been meaning to do these for a very long time, and now I don't have to. Thanks for sharing!

I agree that the image is very inspiring. Where did it come from? The stickers are excellent, well done. The variation is, well, inspired. Got any pix of your figs?

Wow...these are looking really good. I may have actually make some of these. I often intend to use stickers I see on here but seldom get to it. These may be an exception...

Hey azreal, just so you know, these are on brickshelf... :)

Oh, those blanket saddle things are called bardings.

Allright, i updated them. Bardings and Flags are next, then torso's and maybe even some capes.

Also, my brother needed an enemy, so we did some research and decided to go for the Prussians.
Here are his first shields:

Looking good...but one thing -

Try using grey arms and hands to simulate the maille armor,
based on the period of the picture. You could even go a step
further and use grey legs with a custom surcoat.
(at least the bottom half/skirt).

Contact RecluceMage about a more appropriate helmet.

Somehow I missed this post

These look good! Although I'm not a decal person, these look tempting
Respectfully submitted,

Azreal, nice that you are useing my decals... i havent even gotten round to useing em myself

I want to make a large selection of possible shields and stuff before making my army, maybe even collect some white/grey minifigs first (thanks for the tip blasterman  )

Meanwhile: Flags:

Can anyone help me with the design of their barding ? I want to make the barding more like it looks in the pictures, maybe even from fabric, but i need a shape for them first.

Well, i'll keep you guys updated.
