[Stupid question] Customs allowed? [Stupid question/]
This looks awesome. I have a scene in my mind already...

Customs are allowed, but are limited to stickered items and minifigs, and customized minfig accessories.

Meaning you can sticker/decal anything, but you can only paint or otherwise modifiy/create minifig accessories, including but not limited to weapons, armor, bardings, and flags.

It's been pointed out to me that a 1 stud overlap isn't very much, so I've decided to tweak the rules. This change has been edited in the official rule list.

Rule Change:

1 stud overlap beyond base limit increased to 2 stud overlap. Max vignette size above the base increased to 12x12.

Do you even know what torture you just put me through? I had the to cram a battle scene under the one stud limit.

Well that did answer my not-yet-posted-question-about-expanding-the-stud limit.

I just wanted to sound out that this is a really great idea - something I had never even considered - to keep CC fresh. Now if I can just find the perfect "baddie...."

Ooohh... I've got a couple of ideas, but I'm having a hard time deciding which one to build. Let's get to work. ;)

Doesn't look that way. I like how they only allow stickers as custom. That's my whole Lego army. Only about 13 are real bodies and I have 30. Kinda pitifull ain't it? :(

Thanks.

You know you're a good person when you see megablocks and have to do things you would rather not.

Odd. Hopefully you'll get that sorted out.

I've got some bad (or good) news for you all. I will not be entering this contest. I call it an act of God. Five times I got my hands on a digital camera, five times a different thing happened to stop it. The only time everything seemed to be going according to plan, the vig's fell off the table and bounced several times, so hard in fact that a head came flying off.

So good luck to everybody else, I guess.

I'll take it as good news. :P

Really, that sucks man. Perhaps your vigs were meant for some higher purpose... or contest....
