Looks like fun! And don't worry about those skeletons--they were dead before the game even started.

Another one joined the fray!
But seriously, the cape design of ur falcon Lord looks awfully familiar..
is it paper or cloth? I have yet to find a viable solution of producing cloth capes and punching a holes on cloth always is a pain in the --- and printing underside of it is almost impossible unless you spray paint it, for yours is white underneath.
Here are some questions for your game
1. How long did your game took?
2. Is your armies based on points? If so, for reference purpose can you list them down?
For my game:
Lord = 40pts
Champion = 20pts
Shooter = 8pts [Optional shield +2pts]
Melee = 4pts [Optional shield +2pts]
3. Are the skeletons just as same as the living or are they on special rules?
Cheers

Yeah I forgot to mention that. Thanks to fry slayer for the cape design!!! I use card paper which I find seems to work pretty well, though I would really like to find a cloth that I could use. Um my rules are really really simple because I never tottaly figured out the official Brikwars game.My rules would take way to long to explain, plus I just recently reprinted the Brikwars manual to get more ideas for my game. The game took about 2-3 hrs, and no the skeletons had the same rules as normal soldiers (lame I know, but I play with really basic rules).

you could try mine here
If you are reading this it means I have posted! - congratulate your find and remember this day
I actually was going through the Brikwars guide because I want to play a more detailed game, and realized that I play the abridged version of the game with a few extra little things. The basic rules of the game are that foot soldier kill on 5 or 6, and ranged units kill on only a 6. Thats basically the rules.

Looks like a lot of fun...I have my first game scheduled for this sunday, and I have the armies ready. Basically, I just tried to make them equal, no CP or Ratios or anything.
What do you mean, a foot soldier kills on a 5 or 6, and a ranged on 6? Doesn't that depend on the weapon, profession, and the opponents stats?

Well if my understanding of wargaming is correct it simply means on an attack roll done by a soldier on a roll of 5 & 6 is consider a kill, where as if you use a range attack (arrows. throw axe etc) you will need 6 to get a kill, ranges attack always need a higher roll or else everyone will be using range.What do you mean, a foot soldier kills on a 5 or 6, and a ranged on 6?
To increase probability of the game lots of wargame systems uses the "armor save" rule. Basically it works the same but instead on a successful roll hit the target is not immdiately dead by can try his/her/its luck by rolling a "saving roll" so see if the blow can be deflected or stop by armor. A standard trooper wearing standard armor in my game needs a roll of 5 & above to be saved from the fatal attack, where as a Lord needs only 4; civilians on the other hand need all the luck they can have on a roll of 6.

Oh my goodness thats almost the exact same rules as I have. Sweet!
