And three more avatars related to the recent cameo-fest by my sig-fig:

I especially like the one with all the admin sigfigs. It was a MOC by Bruce, wasn't it?
it was a late night after a long LARP

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it's Live Action Roleplay.

Anyway, cool picture Maedhros! Long live eye avatars!

Yes, Live Action Role Play is correct, sometimes called Minds Eye Theatre (MET) too. It´s a bit like theatre but with no script or audience. See the pic in the Dirty Truth thread ;)

And yea, long live eye avatars! We´ll conquer the world.... some day....

I'm late!!! I saw this thread a month ago before I had an avatar OK my avatar is a knight guy I drew up in paint some time ago. Man, I wish I had the skills to turn him into a minifig (I've been trying since I learned that you could stick stickers onto minifigs

I can't recall which website I got the original image from for my avatar or I would provide a link, the full drawing is very good. I chose this particular drawing of a black dragon because it represents very well the look I have in my mind for Sheen, an evil black dragon I played on the Daedal Macabre mud that my husband's best friend started back when we were in college. In any fantasy-related web sites or games that is almost always the user name I choose. I have played many good characters as well, but for some reason this has always been my favorite. I think it represents the darker side of me that can't be played out in real life.

My avatar is just some normal guy I will change as my rank progresses, right now he is a serf but I just realized I need to change him today!
I don't really have a name for him yet,but i'm sure i'll come up with something.

I also have one question-
How do you guy get to post your avatars and have them come out so clear? Mine was a clear picture when I took it,but it said it took up too much room,so I had to save it as something other than a JPEG so it cam out bad....

Lamanda, I like using irfanview to assist in the cropping and re-sizing of my avatar pictures. It will ensure they come out clear. Just do a net search for "irfanview".

It looks like your avatar is a gif image. You might want to make it a jpeg or PNG.

I usually take a wide angle picture at high res and then crop it down to what I want in my avatar. I also keep it as a jpeg.

No story behind my avatar, it's just a random minifigure from something i'm planning.

I'm having trouble getting it sharper though (and under 10 accordingly). I may have to reshoot him.

My old warrior avatar finally stepped down - now my avatar is Danju and a generic Viking warrior clashing in front of a blank wall. Basically, I wanted to symbolise how I (KK2 fan) often clash with others (Viking fans) over the quality of KK2 sets.

Did any of that make sense?

I know this is late, but my avatar is my special figure Anubis the Conqueror (Hence my user name). I got a custom cape for him off a website. The cape has the Slytherin snake on it. My brother, a master artist, copied the snake onto a shield, only we put it on in blue. It is NOT the regular Slytherin shield. It is completely customized.
