Batman vigs

Post by Sir Nelson »

In honor of Batman month over on Eurobricks, I have whipped up these 3 Batman vignettes:

The Sentinel

Warehouse Fight

and... (of course, since it just wouldn't be right to not make a Castle-themed one...)

KnightMare

Enjoy!

I like the batarang as the 'horns' of the horse. That'll be useful for Dragon Master helms as well...

All of these are great, but my favorite is the ninja fight. That Urban Commando gets me every time.

Excellent Batvigs! My favorite is the warehouse fight, followed closely by the nightmare. I see the UC is watching from the sidelines. Does that mean he is on the side of the ninjas? Don't tell me the UC is a bad guy!

Of course not!!! :!: UC is just there to see if his friend, the Batman, needs any help!

But, Batman appears to be doing just fine....

Well, that's a relief! I was about to suffer the ultimate disillusionment. If the UC is evil, then there is no hope left in the world...

hehe, "batsteed," that's funny! I like the ninja vig as well, the action is A+ work, and UC peering in is a nice little touch.

Really like these, especially the sentinel, for the construction. Surprisingly (at least to me), those wings don't look too large for that horse. Two questions though. One, what head did you use for the 'Knightmare'? It looks kinda like the Batman head, but it's yellow, and with the red eyes, hmm... And Two, are his arms in the same pearl light grey?

P.S. You sure have been posting a lot of vigs lately.

Say it "ESS-MICK-GIN-ISS", with a hard "G", as in "get".

My guess is that its an Exoforce head. There is one with a red bandanna that would fit the batcowl like that. Nelson, am I right?

Josh is right... it's the head from set # 7708 (Ryo). The arms are those of the Batman minifig... must be the lighting. :?

UC seems to be looking at a distance rather than the fight for me though

Pretty cool vignettes, the sentinel reminds of a monument I've seen. I like the Batman theme because it means new life for my Fright Knights
