Oh, I see now :).
JoshWedin wrote:PS. If we are going to compile a list of rare (not in any set) pieces, then we should probably start a new thread. I don't want to highjack Jens' thread, but the problem is that I can't decide which forum is best for something like this. :)
Hmm, me either. Maybe Announcements or Sets? :?

Edit: I know a few forums not to put it in:Medieval Life, Stories, Displays, Dear LEGO, Administrative, Gaming, MOCs, Customs, and Buy/Sell/Trade, if that's any help. That leaves Sets, General, and Announcements.

Say it "ESS-MICK-GIN-ISS", with a hard "G", as in "get".

I'd say general, but made sticky if the mods will allow, so it doesn't get burried. It would be a nice reference for rare items.

Back to the topic of Jens awesome minifigs, I must say I like the purple faction the best. You converted some nice jellies into a knight and squire/entourage. Very cool.

I think the coolest part of your stuff is how it all fits together. Each piece seems to be picked out specifically and it wasn't just "Hey! I'll give a forestwoman a green bandana"!

Simple enough.

My personal favorites are the Forest Woman and the chap in the red turban. But they are all great.

Hey, I like all of the minifigs are great, but the one that strikes me is the lady. I dont know what it is. Maybe it is the rareness...maybe it is the green bandana...Oh! I dont know. Anyway, the figs are great and I would like to see more.
Have a great day, Thomas

I really like the "nubier" fig (nubian?). This is one of those times I prefer the non-yellow flesh tones.

Hi!

I finally finished the moving to our new house. I have a little bit time to sort my collection.
Now I have an own room for my stuff. But I have to share it with the tools... Anyway, it is enough space now.

While sorting some boxes I've found an older bricklink order with a black horse-barding. When it arrived, I think it's a couple of months, maybe two years ago, I was very disapointed, because it wasn't pure black, the printing was rubbed of.

When I saw the barding I remembered the black Horse-helmets I ordered shortly and here it is:

Here are some deeplinks.* It's very cool, but it doesn't look like I imagine a Nazgul would. But this is just your interpretation of it, which is fine. I do like it, though, and the Jawa head is great, and so is the mace. The mace head looks better with the extra piece on it.

Yet another cool fig, Jens. I like the head, fits very well.

The barding looks good and I love those black horse helmets. I just got four of them...

As always, you've done good work. I like the use of the Jawa head, and his horse looks really mean with all those weapons.

And congrats on the new house!

Great horse and fig, Jens! You've also photographed it rather well, which is a challenge for something that's all black like this.

I know, it's not castle, but it belongs to the thread
Related Theme Set Review: Dragon Fortress and I don't want to highjack it.

I bought the set 7419 a few years ago at Legoland Germany. It isn't really castle, but at this time there was now other set that was castle-themed and even not at my collection.

Nowadays I think it was a good idea to buy it. There are some bricks at this set you can't find in any other set.

I got two little tan bar (3L) in the set. There is no use at the instruction for these bars. I found one a while ago:

And to stay castlelish:
Today in the evening you will see some new castle-figs from the last bricklink-orders and searchings within my collection, so stay tuned...

3L Bars ? Do they even exist ?
And if they really do, why weren't there any in my 7419 ? :?
May be it's just some kind of packaging error..

I'm looking forward to see your new "special-part" figures !
