Your price seems a bit high for a set that is not extremely rare. If you want that much I suggest bricklink, eBay, or a trade.

I'm sure it's in bold in a really obvious place, but I can't seem to find the price. Could someone have some pity and help me out here?

Right you are Nazgul. Read the title in the first link, in bold, as you said. Happens to everyone.

That's way to high a pric for me to buy, but believable none the less. Seeing the size, and lego's set sizes, lego would probly nowadays sell a set that size for around your price.
I ow it to wunztwice for directing me here.

Don't worry, it happens to everyone  .

Anywhoosle, I do not have enough money for this (even if it is not too bad of an price.) I want some ninja stuff, but not too much.

I hope you can find a buyer!

I was going off what bricklink said . . . plus the extra ninjas.
I do realize the price is a bit on the high end . . . because, well, I expected some haggleing.

Haggle, anyone?

Or should I hang on to this set for a few more years?

That's unfair, b/c the set was originally close to $100 (at least that's how much I paid for mine new).

Telling him that he has a better chance at ebay/bricklink is one thing, but offering a extremely low price for a great set is a bit insulting

Unless, of course, you mean 50 euro

He said he wanted to bargain. He goes high, I go low, and we meet in the middle. That's how you bargain.

An unopened copy sold on eBay today for $131. The set should be worth atleast $80-100. Opened late 90's sets do not have very high prices currently. It is a good time to collect these sets before they get more expensive. Often you can pick up copies of Ninja, Western, and Fright Knight sets for less than the original MSRP.

My original thinking for $130 was because for sets without the box are going for about $80-90 on Bricklink. I'm have the box, instructions, plus a few extra ninja.

Yes, $50 is rediculous. I would not go any lower that $115.

And thanks for the advice. I might hang on to it for a while, sell them later. Maybe a ninja movie will come out and they'll be collectable or something.
