No problem with the support, but I think that you will find it very, very hard to convert my brother. He is pretty much straight purist, but he will use broken peices if he aquires them.

Great work here Nick! I really like this metallic murky green you've chosen, it makes it less of an emerald and almost... poison, or sickly like. Makes him a bit more evil, and that really goes well with all the horns and spikey acoutrements. As usual, superb application on the paint, it's very nice and smooth, same with the decals, no smudging or tearing that I can see.

As for the rub 'n buff you tried.... it's meant as an accent color, not a base, so you would have had to paint everything black and then add a touch of the rub 'n buff. It cannot cover a piece like your green paint. They're quite a bit different.

You have to stop making these, because if you don't, my eyes will soon be burned out from staring at the pics on the screen.

Seriously, words (almost) fail me.

I'll start with the fig himself. The helmet is absolutely perfect. I love the gold horns. The armor is wonderful, the Goblin mask works, again, perfectly. The scythe thing is beautiful, and that forward-curving horn on the bottom is great.

Okay, now the horse. The flag he's carrying is amazing, as usual, and I'd love to know what it says on it. Is the same character on the horse's helmet? Kinda hard to tell because of the size. The aforementioned helmet is also beautiful. The horns look great in gold, and I actually like those little dents near the base for once. The wolf's head looks much better in green than in black or silver, by the way. The barding's cut and the scale pattern are perfect with the other details.

Finally, I'd also like to see a group pic. Possibly a battle (please?)?

This is beyond awesome! I love how "natural" this custom looks. It looks like an official set, but with obvious improvements. I love the color sceme. My favorite part is the armor. It just looks so menacing. How sturdy is it though?, not that you would want to be rough with such a great piece of art.

Glad you like the colour. You are right about what the colour embodies; afterall, it is the Plague Samurai!
Regarding decal application, I kept messing it up. Fortunately, RB gave me extras...
I did try the Rub&Buff on painted black, however, it wasn't as easy to apply as I had thought (turned out really uneven and messy). I guess it requires some skill that I have yet to acquire. I'll keep trying (though).

The flag and horse's helm has the "Plague" character. I figured it goes well with dark green.
Glad you like the horse's helm. It was originally supposed to be painted silver, for the previous Black Samurai, but I later decided to save it for this Green. The horns were originally white, but I thought gold horns would give a more "mystical" feel to it.

The body armour is pretty sturdy. Erm...not quite sure how to explain here, but I did file a little 90 degree angle on the top/back of the goblin faceplate so that there is more contact (when I glue it) to the samurai armour.
The only piece that is somewhat fragile would be the samurai helmet horns; I did drop the helm on the floor. After bouncing and rolling, it left a trail of little golden horns...

Not that it's possible or anything, but this on seems even better than your previous Samuris. I really like the ay you used the Fluffy Head for the horse armor. ALso, the gold rings on the green layer for the barding look amazing.

What is there to say that has not been said? I love that green shade and I really like the use of that Star Wars helmet, didn´t know it would look that good on a Samurai.

I still think I prefer the red one though...

I need to go lie down now...

That belongs in a museum. Enough said.
