Freak, you never cease to amaze me. That's a great name for your daughter, but the reason.... wow. Brings a smile to my face.

Several years ago I met a Chinese fellow who went by the English name Harrison (which bore no resemblance whatsoever to his Chinese name). He was an avid armchair-archeologist, and he wanted a name to honour Indiana Jones/Harrison Ford.

We all have our reasons. :)

Uhm.... anyway :P

I'm with Bruce here, I see no reason to license Indy when you could use our dear Johnny Thunder instead.

I would be happy for some possible new fleshies though (no, I DON'T hate them ;))

Exactly. :D This would certainly be unbelievably cool. I hope LEGO confirms this at some point soon.

Personally, I'd like a LEGO death-match:

Indiana Joooones versus Jonny THUNDER!!!

Stay tuned for the battle to end them allllllllll!!!!!

I thought the same thing as Shadowviking, but I wasn’t going to mention it. But I am glad I am not alone in this little misunderstanding.

I don't think that's what he means. Johhny Thunder has always been the generic Indy and it seems rediculous for LEGO to pay liscensing to keep making what they've basically been making for a while now.

You know, it's really odd that I'm disappointed they would go with an Indiana Jones theme over another Adventurers series. After all, the play value would be basically the same... and do I REALLY need--or even want--another Johnny Thunder? I mean, with the KK2 Chess set, I'm at about maximum capacity for that head... and Dr. Kilroy kind of maxes out at two or three...

I have lots of Adventurers, enough that I certainly don't need more of those characters... and everything else will be probably just as good or even the same, coming from an Indiana Jones theme... and some 1950s cars in the normal fig-scale would be cool.

Still... why am I sad?

Has this actually been confirmed or is it just a rumour?
