I have to agree that they are orcs. The big thing is a troll, so the little ones must be orcs or goblins.

Gimme an O! Gimme a R! Gimme a C!

Big trolls and little trolls? That's just silly.

My vote is for orc, though I wouldn't object to goblin. If you gave them the short legs, then that could work. The big ones I'll call trolls, but an ogre would work for me as well.

Trolls Forever! THG calls 'em Trollses. I calls 'em Trollses. Well actually, the big ones are Trolls the little ones are Troll warriors, or maybe Troll-Men because they're the more "Human-Like" part of Troll society, while the bigguns' are the brute workers. Well, that's just me... :D

EDIT: But, If I HAD to choose something else it'd be Goblins. Orc sounds to "LOTRy" for my liking, and "Goblin" seems less specific. And as to, "Little and Big Trolls being silly." who says? Maybe Tolkien did, but that's his legend, LEGO's got it's own now...

If Lego calls them trolls, that's what I will call them.

I myself, I call the Small green Guys Trolls, and the Big thing a Hammatroll. I know that A hammatroll is a double headed troll, but it just seems right to call it that... I'm not sure why, but thats just me, and I'm just wierd like that  .

What if Lego said to smash your own face in with a hammer?

I voted for goblins. I know there's not much difference between orcs and goblins but I just prefer the latter term. The big guys are definitely trolls.

Difference being I am interested in Lego Castle, whereas I have no interest in smashing myself with a hammer

Unsurprisingly the 'orc' name is winning; it's to be expected with the LOTR/Warcraft/D&D influences on most members here.

I will also call them Trolls. But we can all decide what they should be for ourselves .

I do! Didn't you just see my post!

Truth is though as has already been made evident in this thread, Lego can call them whatever they want, but the fans/consumers will still name them accordingly or however they want.

Look at the previous KK2 theme with the jellybean nonsense- all the figures were clearly named and people still decided to forget/drop the names altogether.

actually in any Myth or fantasy writing Trolls are always written as big ugly creatures larger then men and then some but not as large as giants.
