I have about 20 Black Falcons, as my largest, followed by about 15 KK1 knights, which are my favorates. I also have about 30 of the blue and red steel scale mail guys, who doens't really have a specific faction. I'll take some pictures tomorrow.

I have about 36 of these guys and close behind is my undead/orc army with 33.

700 is impressive, but there are bigger armies out there. I'm sure their generals will chime in sooner or later.

I have some figures from different factions here and there, never really concentrated in collecting a large amount. Currently, I have 15 of these guys.

I just counted all of my armies, and these are what I have:

Crownies: 52

Black Falcons: 38

Crusaders: 38

In Christ,

Crown Knights: 114 complete, 36 incomplete.

Shadow Knights + "Skull Knights": 39 complete, 74 incomplete.

Fright Knights: 13 complete, 9 incomplete.

Tie between crownies and skellies, at 29 each here, although something like pirates may be bigger.

I've actually recently increased the size of a number of my factions so right now I can only give a good estimate.

Black Falcons: 60 foot, 5 mounted

Crusaders: 70 foot, 5 mounted

Forestmen (Dark Forest included): 49 foot, 3 mounted

Black Knights (Monarch): 45 foot, 18 mounted

Wolves: 18 foot, 1 mounted

Dragon Masters: 10 foot, 2 mounted

Royal Knights: 30 foot, 10 mounted

Knights Kingdom I: 10 foot, 8 mounted

Bulls: 22 mounted

Fright Knights: 14 foot, 12 mounted, 15 dragon riders

Scorpions (Vladek)30 foot, 20 mounted

I don't have a clear idea about my Crownies, the other KKII factions, and my skeleton/undead crew. I've been collecting Lego Castle since I was about 7 so I've had a looong time to collect the amount that I have listed. Especially now that I have a steady job that can support my habit.

well i have heard again about people as general pinoy who have like 5 to 6 thousant minfigs but 700 only in one faction is alot for me. Since i have like 1k minifigures and the biggest faction i have are black falcons estimated at 150-200 figs. Soon i will have much more

I wish I had that many dragon helms....heck, I wish I had that many minifigs period!

I think my largest armies are around 40s to 50 but I cannot be sure as they live far far away from me. Of the 128 I have now my largest group is that of the vikings at 27. I think back at home either the Lion Knights of Black Knights are likely the largest army but only by a few men. It may be Black Falcons but the more I think about it I think it is Lion Knights. They had alot of sets with decent numbers of men in it. I think they may haev the most cavalry as well but its still close to the BK. That said one of my homemade factions might infact be largest like my Stormknights but I do not know. If any of my factions hit 100 I'd have to split them and make them another factions. Not sure what I'd do with them past a certain point besides set them all up to look awesome.

Largest factions are my KK1 knights or the lions which number about 50 or so and my skellies which also number about 50. My smaller factions are about 30 each.
