Australia is the same I remember posting here first about the dwarf mine I saw in the Australian/NZ official Lego catalogue ahead of the rest of the Lego buying world and then had to wait more then a year after Europe and Nth America before it appeared in local shops.

In Germany these sets are www.amazon.de-excliusives. You get it only at amazon or in the brand-stores.
