The deadline isn't hard and fast. Feel free to build something for this challenge, even if it isn't current anymore.

Assuming it takes a tolerable amount of time to upload my pictures onto brickshelf I may actually be on time for once (I think it uploads slowly precisely because it knows I'm horribly impatient  ).

I threw something together really quickly to celebrate my new Crownies that I bought from Footsteps. I figured it would work for the monthly challenge, too :D

"Crownie Chase"

UPDATE:

Looks like our little friend couldn't get away, despite his best efforts...

Looks great, Jordan! I do feel sorry for the poor wolfpack guy though. They are one of my favorite factions. ;)

Found this great moc at the Brothers Brick, it's a scene from the battle of Grunwald\Tannenberg. To avoid confusion: It's not my moc.
I've rarely seen such good figure positioning, it captures the chaos of a mdieval battle really well!

Don't have time to build a new one for this month, but here are some old ones that fit.

c'mon people, this is a build challenge, not a dig-something-up and post it challenge. Where's the fun there? :P

I must say, in response to the latter comment, that lack of effort is indeed rather enticing. :eyebrows:

The customization on the knight is 100% duct tape (even the flames on the shield)

Here's my entry, the battle of the ford (until I find a more original name).

Funnyly enough, I was planning to build a battlefield to display my minifigs on a permanent basis. This challenge happened just on time :D! I owe thanks to Jamerco (who built the Battle of Grunwald shown above) who somehow influenced this moc.

Some of the pictures are fairly dark because the battle takes place at dusk (although some others are lighter... I'll sort it out in due course :? ).

I like the use of the new windmill set in the background.

I think you need to get your knights some proper helmets! ;)

Heres something I whipped up to slake my thirst for larger-scale plastic warfare Muahahahahaha!

All kidding aside, I was really inspired by this contest to build something much bigger using ALL of my minifigs but I became much less ambitious when I started actually building. That, and I wanted to try a non-baseplate kind of deal. Oh and also because Im lazy :?
