NAME : THE SILVER WOLFS HEAD HAND [commonly called 'SILVER WOLF ONE' within Wolf Clan.]

Note: SILVER ONE is original Forest Band and trains new Hands when standing by [note : Wolf Clan has "Hands"[named after the forest wife eg. Kaelin's Hand] of five fighters, plus one forest wife healer ;
SILVER WOLF TWO is a desert specialized Band and has lighter coloured gear . [picture and description later]. Both bands interact and train together when able to. Both units carry the extremely valuable Silver Wolf shields [which have magical qualities]
These elite forces are commonly known simply as the "Silver Wolves [one or two]" . They always numbers seven warriors [including one experienced forest wife who has returned to active duty, and has no young children]. The Silver Wolves typically wear black trousers,a green hood and the legendary silver wolf shields or just black shields. This elite mix of warriors are all deadly archers, and or fighters with swords or axes, are first class silent trackers, and are experts at hiding and evasion. They are very fit,have great stamina and some are mouth watering cooks.
Their primary aim is the defence of wolf clan territory,which includes hunting down foreign invaders or bandits including hot pursuit ouside Wolf Clan borders.
They were originally formed to stop raids into Wolf Clan lands, which often led to dead wolfmen and women, stolen young maids, loss of goods and treasure and damaged or destroyed homes. The Silver Wolves are limited to two Hands numbering only fourteen fighters and competition is fierce. The famous shields can only be worn if ten enemies or more have been killed by that fighter. Losses are replaced immediately and one new recruit travels always with these Hands. Since their formation, enemies have been reluctant to enter the dangerous Wolf Clan Territory and seek easier pickings elsewhere in the lands.
