Yup, that is normal. He comes with a red cape in the fortress set, but black in the longship.

AFOL and his money are easily parted.

Oh okay, thanks for the help. I have every Viking set so far, but I don't think I'll end up getting the fortress. My Viking army is up to 12, I think. How many minifigs come with the fortress?

Yes, if Lego keeps this up, then things will get better. More awesome torsos, more good heads, more good sets. More grey treasure chests, aswell ;)

Hmm, whats the day today...Wednesday? Just two more days until the next minifig review, Yippee! This is weekly, right? Every sunday? Well keep it up, it's a good idea. I suggest next week we have a classic fig, or a KK1 fig...Your choice! :D

The Fortress comes with six vikings, well worth the money IMO :D

Hmm, well The fortress is good, but I'm not sure if I'll end up getting it. I will look at reviews, part inventory, minifigs and more, to make my decision. Over here its about $80.00 AUD...im not sure how much that is american, so youll have to go figure it out on xe.com

Are we having a new minifig review...its Sunday?

Lord Nev wrote:Japan had warlords. Vikings and European cultures had kings. I doubt the Vikings employed the feudal system so king would be a more efficient term (no lords).
The word " king" wasnt just for vikings until the rise of christianity (and then, they were not called vikings/norse but götar, etc). Even then, the first king was actually called Birger Jarl (the last Jarl)- Jarl, which was the title used by leaders of the norse. It is related to the word "Earl" aswell. Another word that would be so-so accurate would be chieftain, but since Jarl exists, chieftain is a little useless.

The fig is cool, but I would prefer lego making a facehelm for him instead, but the pearlish gold helmet and red cloak are good and useful parts. He looks very good, nice colorscheme.
