Hmm...good point. I just took it for granted that it was red faded to the extreme, but it could be grey and the unusual colour could be attributed to the white balance of the camera. Using a 'sunny' setting indoors can give pictures a very yellowed and/or reddish tint.

Having said that, though, the part I mentioned only comes in black, according to Peeron, so that point is moot too. :P

It also came in dark bley in the Batman vs. Killer Croc set, but that set is so new that I doubt the probability of finding a piece from it in the street in such a condition. Or in other words... I'm stumped. :P
