And so, what started out as a relatively decent RP dies a pretty cool death. BR, I don't think that you missed anything. Wait! The classic Islands. I had an unofficial character there. He was the Duke of the two largest islands if I recall correctly.

Wow.. I now own have 50% of the world. I could wage war on everyone. BTW I'll decide if I'm leaving tomorrow.

Well, I'm sorry I havn't helped out much. I've been insanely busy, but once summer hits I'll probably have more time to help out. I'm not sure how everything's turning out though.

Ummmm... We've lost over half of our players. It's down to you, me, Fire, Unknown Knight, and doodstormer. Should we continue? I'm half-n-half, but starting towrads killing it.

I'm not sure what to do now, but if you do end up starting over I think we gotta go about it a little differently. Last time, a few of us got together and agreed to start a new RPG... and that was it. I think we might have to spread out a little more. Make some signature banners or something. Advertise it, like the Castle RP at EuroBricks. Everyone (almost) knows about that! We, somehow, need to get more people involved... I donno, just my thoughts. I wasn't in on the super sucessful RP, back in the old days, so I don't really know.

Niether was I... It was you, myslef, Formen, and doodstormer who planned and built this RP, a shame to see it die. I agree with the advertise more. (I have never heard of Eurobricks RP. )

I believe we messed up the RP with the massive armies of 1000-3000 troops that somehow haven't been authorized by the kings of their country, The massive impregnable fortresses built in the time of 2-4 days, and the spontaneous applications of magic when we had previously agreed to keep it to a minimum. We could do any of the following:
- Start over
- Carry on, after re--writing the rules/restrictions
- Advertise, to get more people to replace everyone who quit
- Carry on until the bitter end, until our characters, armies, and the world are nothing more than smouldering piles of ruined scrap

Of course, that's not all our options, just the ones I can think of at this point.

What if we just wiped the slate clean, reuse the map, and start over?
I mean we could reuse our old characters and stuff. Then we advertise the RP (like place a post in the announcements inviting people, if it's okay with the Admins) and start over. We need to try to not start off with a war though. I remember that the orignal RP started off with about four characters meeting up and going off on an adventure.

I have a new Idea, if everyone is willing to co-ordinate with me.
I am going to make a forum for the C-C RP, and in that forum, I and a few members we select as admins by agreed choice will post various topics and enforce the rules/lore of the RP. That way, we can keep it all in one controlled area and be able to post several topics should we find the need.

I would like to get some opinions before I register a forum for it.

It sounds like it could possibly work, but how many people could find out about it? If it's separate fromt the CC forum then we probably won't get many people at all.

What if we asked (petition) the Admins to create a special forum section for RP like "Classic Castle Roleplay Gaming" or something like that. That way it'd separate from the other gaming stuff like Lego video games and brikwars stuff. Also it would make it easier to peruse RP topics. I sorta doubt they would do this though, 'cause we're a small select crowd out of a ton of other members. It'd be cool if this happened though.

EDIT: A con against my idea though is that it'd be another piece of forum for the Admins to have to patrol. Though *hopefully* we'd be able to control ourselves (and prevent the need for any Admins to be called in)...

Well, we could sticky one topic to link to the RP, and we could still put banners in our sigs as well.

No matter what happens, I'm still leaviong the RP. Best of luck to you guys on getting your ideas off the ground.
