cannon battle 6
kraken attakin 10
loot island 20
fort 50 <--for a set with less than 400 parts?!?!?
ship 100 <-- tell me we all didn't see that coming?
At least they're still generally cheaper than the Star Wars sets, but yeah, $100 for the big ship is no surprise, even though it is a lot of cash.

I love this, first they bring back Castle, then Pirates.
Most of the sets look great, especially the fort. Very good that it's modular, let's hope that they will produce some more sets to connect it to. Some colonial town like the medieval set we've seen recently.
New beautiful uniforms, this time printed on both sides

! I can't wait for these to come over here!

Could you also say they brought back space, with MM?
ANyway i've said before that a large colonial ship would be nice. I think, given the fantastic new colonial figs, that said ship is even more desirable, no?
I'm also interested to see how these canons look in-hand. Will post some small reviews as soon as my order arrives.

Yes in a Knight's Kingdom II sort of way

A large ship for the Imperials is long overdue. Even if this was a shop at home exclusive, fans and kids would be very happy. The new dark pearl grey color of the cannon looks excellent in the photos that I haven seen.

Well ok the aliens are in large part lame. (no offense aliencat.), but the vehicles are far better designed than anything in KKII. THen again maybe they just seem better to me as i stink at vehicles? I have had the armored drilling unit sitting on my dining room tale for two weeks now though. That thing is so much fun! Esp when you use it to fight orcs. ahem ANYWAY!

Stopped by the Lego Store today. Suprisingly, I didn't pick up any pirate sets. Instead I bought 2 Castle Impulse sets, and a large PaB!
I'm suprised no one mentioned they had the Pirate Impulse sets there aswell. My little cousin bought two of em. Pretty nice sets I must say.

OMG. My LEGO budget is stretched thin enough as it is. As my sig suggests, I sort-of-collect Castle, City, and Creator (really now just "Creative Building"), but now Pirates is out and...ack.
I don't
really collect Creator/Creative Building, I've just used it as a way to get a lot of different parts pretty quickly (I'm still new-ish to LEGO). So maybe I'll just switch that out for Pirates when the new ships sail in.

Is it just me, or is the fort more of a port? It reminds me more of the old imperial trading post. <I'd still like to get one of those, just because.>
Anyway the reasons i say it is not really a fort
1-No solid pase, just built on open piles.
2-No fortified gun positions as in say eldorado fortress.
3-No complete wall
All that being said it look sneat, and i like the new jail so much better!

I'll agree that it's more of a port/dock.

Called my local LEGO store. They didn't have any and I was politely told they wouldn't have them until January.
Went to TRU. Bought them all but the Pirate town and ship.
tsk tsk LEGO.

Where was the TRU that you found them. I think I shall check the ones in Austin, Texas later today.
