Well this Christmas I was given:

-10223 Kingdoms Joust (by my sister)
-A $90 Bricklink order that I bought my self.

I'm very happy with what I got and I even built the joust yesterday evening. Its a lovely set, comes with a TON of beautiful, and very useful pieces. The minifigs are amazing, especially the green princess, and the black falcon knight.
My Bricklink order was mostly for some landscape and lots of trans-clear bricks for a waterfall in an upcoming MOC. Glad to hear you all had a nice day!

Most surprisingly, I picked up a classic forest women torso in near mint condition at my local hobby shop for 0.99! :D Such a steal at this price!

Happy Building,
Sir Valiant~

This Christmas I received Forest Ambush (70400), a 40$ LEGO Store giftcard (here I come Pick-a-Brick! :D), various gift cards/cash (to buy more LEGO with, of course) and a few other small non LEGO related presents. I truly hope everyone had a blessed, Christ filled Christmas! I'm interested to see what others got as well, so post away!

This year I was given a Forest Ambush (this is my 3rd or 4th copy of it, can't remember) and a Gold Getaway from my friends, as well as an Orc keychain to go along with my classic red 2x4 I had previously.

My mother also gave me a LEGO giftcard, and I received a B&N giftcard. (which, although is not strictly LEGO related, I may use to pick up a set or two when I go get some books ;))

Ok... So I didn't get lego for Christmas, but with all the money I got from gifts, I got:

-$30 worth of lego from Bricklink
- The Lego Movie Getaway Glider set
- Superman vs Power Armor Lex set
- Spider Man Spider Cycle Chase set
- 3 make-your-own minifigs

Maybe not as much as some of you guys get, but I'm happy. : )

Hey,

For myself I just got the minifig ice cube tray, which is fun. My daughter got a Duplo zoo set. My son got a couple of small Cars sets (that I picked up on clearance after last Christmas), and also the Ninjago Temple of Light:

That turned out to be a really great set. It's got five figs, a ton of weapons, and a ton of pearl gold (I'm sort of looking forward to the chance to pull this apart and make a little treasure chamber with all that gold). The big mech was fun to build and to play with. It was a pleasant surprise that the temple folds shut, so you can have it in a more enclosed configuration (more of an enclosed courtyard) or as open.

I got the Unexpected Gathering (grrrrrrrreat set, some super details and building techniques. Not quite so sure why the didn't just print the wooden planks though). I was also given the Lego Star Wars Character Encyclopedia, which was a surprise, but a fairly interesting read for minifig lovers (and I find myself looking for over-looked potential castle parts).

Oh and a colleague also gave me the Iron Man vs The Mandarin set to add to my SuperHeroes collection.
