I haven't found any of these new polybag sets either. They’re bound to pop up soon knowing the way things work down here.Zinje wrote:Has anyone one from Southern California have any luck finding these. I have gone to 6 local walmarts and NADA! ZILCH!

That's right, that's the same one I got in the Easter basket at Target.porschecm2 wrote:I picked up the catapult set at my Wal*Mart a couple of days ago. I was going to post pics, but I've been really busy since then. The set itself isn't that great: the only reason I got it was for the wheels and horse cover. But it's really great to see Lego sets for under $1 again. I *LOVE* that, no matter how cheesy the set is. I'll probably buy more, just because they're so cheap.
And if I'm not mistaken, this is the same set that Mike found in the Easter baskets.

Sure, mine might have cost just slightly more than 97 cents (20 bucks); but, I did get three tiny baggies of candy, some LEGO-shaped chalk, a puzzle. and a big ol' yellow tin bucket along with it.

That's a total retail value of...eh, probably not much more than 97 cents. But, at least the candy tasted good.

Castles are kinda' like big, non-electrical stone spaceships that don't fly. Plus, you can stick your head out the window and breathe, and your eyeballs won't explode.

Ive checked only one wallmart but i just want ot say they didnt even have ANY castle themed legos at all!!! (in fact the only theme they seemed to carry was star wars and pirates) Im not sure whats up with that but I guess I'll just have to shop around some more. And just as a side note I visited a LEGO only store in my area and found out they didnt even have any of the kk2 sets on the shelves yet!!! They did have a wall sized 'pick a brick' of sorts, which I found most surprising.
well I would at least like to think that I'm evil...
