Ok, here's my intended translation of the lines. (Badger was quite right)

Hat (hardly visible): Life and Death is preordained
Sword: Blade (knife) of Fate
Flag: Death / Gates of Heaven and Earth (repeated)
Arm Brace: Strength
Body Armour: Death
Horse Helm: Death
Horse Barding: The God of Death has come,
Neither Good nor Evil can hide.
Die by this Blade,
(your) Soul will be destroyed.

I initially wanted to put in "One Blade to rule them all, One Blade to find them, One Blade to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them".... ok, so maybe not.

What is says is more japanese-sounding, anyway.
