It takes that long....2008,I thought it was going to be sooner. :(
Chances are they will all come out at the same time, at the end of this summer.

I don't see why everyone is complaining about catapults so much. I mean, yeah they are in so many sets, and I would complain if there were several sets where the primary feature was the catapult, but logically a catapult makes a lot more sense against a pirate ship than a bunch of arrows would. Catapults can shoot further and possibly sink the ship.

If everyone hates the "stupid" catapult and the treasure, just take those things off when you get the set . That would work, wouldn't it?

Personally, I like all the catapults on the sets. Plus it's more useful to launch a boulder that will crush everything at an army of slow moving skeletons than a bunch of arrows that will go right between their ribs.

Mad? If I came accross that way, I apologize. You have just as much right to an oppinion as I do, since none of us really knows for sure. :)

We should not speculate about prices and release dates because we do not know. Even I do not know when TRU is releasing the new sets. Discussing the design of the sets is what we should be doing. Thanks.

I meant for the latest Toys R Us exclusive set(s), not the general Castle line available in all stores. Do you have prices and dates for those exclusive sets?

The flyers we got at BrickFest said "Available in August." for the TRU sets. I don't recall prices, though they may have been in there.

No, you're right, there weren't any prices. Just so everyone knows, everything on the page with the green background is coming out in August.

Just as an aside on prices, I don't know specifically if this is related, but it might be. The TRU X-Wing exclusive in my local stores have changed the tags to $59.99. I am speculating that the pack-in maquette may be the reason for that price, but that TRU jumped the gun on the actual product on the shelf in order to avoid confussion/laziness. If it is $59.99 for the existing set -plus- the maquette, then it *might* actually seem like a better value. I guess we'll know soon... but if I could get the product ID numbers from the exlusives I might be able to hunt through the computer to see what I may turn up. Anybody have TRU product codes for the exclusives?
