Anyone notice a slight inconsistency in these two pics? (Look closely at the undead warrior)

As strider said: one of them is black and the other is white. The horses are different also.

Just finished reading that reveiw and drooling at the pics. It's well done and objective. I really enjoyed seeing the pics up close, especially of the figs. The two soldier torsos look GREAT. I'm liking the helms and swords even more.

I have only two small complaints. First with the review: I wish we got to see the knight's face, and torso (prob. no printing  ).
Second, with the sets: I would have liked to see maybe even numbers of the two torsos, but these are minor and have no baring on how many of these sets I'll buy, which will end up probably being a bunch... :)

Those torsos look great. Hopefully they won't get sold out very quick. Wonder how much they are going to be on B-link. I have to agree with Wunztwice, a view of the knights face and torso would be nice. I'm kinda mad with the new skeletons and their weapons (and steeds).I'm going broke this year...

I'm not sure if the prices of Crown Knights have been discussed in this thread or not, because I'm too lazy to seach through all the pages.

Anyway, I thought I'd do a comparison between 8777 Vladek Encounter and 7090 Crossbow Attack.

First, prices

8777
Price $8.99
Pieces: 43

New molds (That I know of):
Shield
Visors
Heads (new printing)
Swords

Figs: 2

-------------------------

7090
Price: $5.99
Pieces: 54

New molds:
Skellie torso
Skellie arms
Skellie sword
Skellie shield
Skellie horse

Figs: 3

-------------------------

So in cunclusion, Crossbow Attack obviously gives you much more bang for your buck. And it even costs less! As many have said, this will be a VERY good year for both LEGO and it's fans. :P

Wow, I have yet to post in this thread.

I'm really excited about the knight. The horse looks so awesome and I love bardings. The silver/pearl gray (whatever we're calling it) looks so awesome. I think I am a little disappointed in the print on the euro armor. The gray and black are too much of a contrast for my taste. But, its still one thousand times better than a freaking purple euro armor.

I the new skeleton arms are a nice relief from the old dangly ones. But if you look at the picture with the MF skeleton guy next to the regular skeletons, the regular skeletons have longer arms. Maybe they're dead apes?

Since all the sets except the Castle Siege are already in the Polish shops, I picked up a smallest set (7090) and review it (in Polish). Here's the language-independent picture gallery :-). I haven't seen an inventory submitted to peeron yet, so I also took the photo of the instructions' inventory page:
