Hello Lenfald!

So, after a year give or take a few months, I have finally decided to join LCC. I would like to improve my building skill, and I believe that consistently building/participating in something such as LCC will enable me to do that.

Faction: Lenfald
Character Name: Hans Zarkan


My character here is Hans Zarkan. A Lenfel Mercenary, Hans is a grizzled, bitter veteran of many years of violent battles, and has witnessed more than his fair share of bloodshed. Though never, properly trained, Hans has become a formidable warrior through years of fighting, and countless near-death experiences. He wields a massive blade the like of which would trouble three ordinary men to even lift, though he can swing it with one hand as effortlessly as a child would practice swordplay with a twig. A man of practicality, and with greater allegiance to coin than any pompous lord, or overly entitled noble, Hans is still fiercely loyal to the land of his birth, though he may not favor those who rule it. For Great Lenfald!

I wanted to a character to tell a tale that will be quite a bit more grim and cynical than your typical LCC fare, so we'll see how that turns out.

I've started working on Lenfald's introduction challenge. I might be able to finish it tomorrow, but this will leave me with little building time for the Global Challenge. Fortunately, I'm a VERY fast builder, so I can still probably get an entry in.

Keep in mind that you can always whip up a quick vignette if you don't have time for the larger categories. The more entries we get the better!

Okay, just compiled some GC VI stats that should prove useful! (Current as of right now, will edit to keep this info up to date!)

So, as you can see the contest is extremely close right now! We are just barely ahead on total points thus far, although we are second in the number of entries. Loreos is tied with Garheim for second, despite Loreos having the least amount of entries and Garheim having the most, due to Loreos having a very strong showing in the unrestricted category. Though the outlaws are in last place in points, they are only one unrestricted entry away from tying us for first!

Also, just as a note- this was a bit harder to compile than it should have been as a lot of entries were guilty of not putting their faction colors in the build (or at least stating which faction the entry was for in their post) Its frustrating having to go and find someone's CIC just to see what faction they belong to. Anyway this should all be accurate, and I hope it proves helpful!

Also, in case anyone forgot- vig=1 point, res=3 points, and unres=5 points

Thanks Mercat for taking the time to compile this list, Nice work! I have to agree with you on faction colours in the photo. For some reason I thought it was mandatory? An easy way to identify yourself though would be to put your name and faction in your signature as well. (Like Mine).
