I agree- though one has to wonder whether or not this will actually be the standard or if this is just a working sample (or whatever it's called in the advertising field). I'm anxious. And is that a Dwarf King I see?? The dwarven shields have what looks to be a winged helmet on the same colors as the Crown Knights (this reminds me of a story from DC Comics' Fables series of The Kingdoms of Above and Below, each respectively inhabited by Men and Dwarves...).

I increased the saturation a bit to make it a little clearer:

Things I see/questions...

Are the Dwarf helmets all the same or are there two versions?(besides color)
Are the other minis Orcs?
I see a Troll Skull on Orc(?) Sheilds and they have interesting swords, might be cool but might not. Will decide when I have one.
Dwarf sheilds look cool, related to Crown Knights.
The Mine looks real cool. Lots if neat building tidbits.
I like the new dragon so I think I will like the Troll too but I am not sure, again I will judge it when I have it. Potential both ways.
Dwarf ax color looks great.

I wonder what the dwarf torso's will be? Reused Vikings perhaps. It would not be so bad, but unique ones would be cool too.

I am super excited for these, maybe more than Castle Knights. OK, maybe not more but just as much.

I am pretty sure they are orcs. Either that or these green guys are goblins.

Hey Welcome to C-C forum! I think it will be released there since this isn't like the Viking.

The set itself looks pretty crappy. The elements and figures have potential though. The new helmets look interesting, swords not so much. But it looks like we may finally be getting some new beards... :D I hope we get some new dwarf faces too...

Cool! First impression is that I'm disappointed by the "pillar & platform" route they went with on the structure. I think with the dwarf mining theme it would have been waaay cooler to see 2-3 of those big rock pieces in brown on each side of the mine car entrance, to give it more of a moutain appearance.

The figs look very interesting and I can't wait for close ups.

I wonder if this is the only late 2007 set release for castle or if there will be others? I personally think the mine is a pretty cool idea, I will probably pick one up for history but I don't think it will be a multiple purchase.

Cool, I'm digging the figs, the new helms, and beards in new colors. Mine cars = argument for a Temple of Doom set for the Indy line, IMO. Back on this set, the pillar and platform design is regrettable. Maybe I'll bricklink the figs (or hope against hope that I can snag some dwarves from the new pick-a-fig bins like I did with the new princess).

This looks pretty impressive. I don't really like those flaming swords, though. Don't know if I'll pick one up or not, don't even know if this will be available in Canada.
