Is the viking axe, x1531, available in black?

It appears they are, but not in any set. Though, I'd assume the black pieces are really black speckled that have been mislabeled.

The reason I asked was because i found a seller on bricklink with 400+ of these, but couldn't find them in peeron, so I wondered where they came from.
He also has the speckled ones listed, so it can´t be just a mislabeling

Sometimes a seller will get prototype pieces from somewhere (like the black beard, red wizard hat, etc.). These might be some of those...?

I believe the speckles can be brasso'd off as well.

I think I tried doing this a while back and had no luck. Of course, that's not to say it doesn't work, it's hard to take printing off odd-shaped pieces like this with a Q-tip.
I don't think the seller would have removed the printing, though. Since brasso-ing 400 of these just wouldn't be worth the time.
Might have to get some of the plain black ones. Not a fan of the speckled items myself.

I'm waiting for the gold/bronze ones to show up on BL
these black ones are neat too though. Be good for my evil factions especially.
Dark grey would be the best though, but whatcha gonna do?
