Corner tower mark II

Post by Eldert »

As shown in my last topic, I am now working on a new version of my corner tower.
Please comment as much as you like, but not about the pictures themselves, my camera is a crappy one...
Pictures on Mocpages and Brickshelf.

Hey,

Is this going to be a contest entry? Just wondering as I try to refrain from commenting on those until after the contest, as I am a judge.

I love When people build know it will be a wip, (Cross beams exposed,
etc.) is it going on the landscape you made?

Nice Work

I'm not sure, really.
Let me check the rules and such and I'll get back to you in a day or two...

This is amazing. The way you have the filling in the wall, the wooden beams, and the landscaping. There all superb. I also like your technique on the battlements.

Excellent work. This set looks very good, and the attention to detail is readily visible.

It is NOT going to be an entry, because I probably won't have the time to finish it properly before the deadline.
So comment away!

A nice start, I'm always an admirer of landscapes and this is a good one!

It has a very nice/clean look to it. And add me to the list of people who like the design of the beams.

Here's a kick because I have just uploaded my latest (and last) photo's of this MOC.
Again, see either MOCpages or Brickshelf.

Yowza. This is amazing. Is that a corner tower or the castle keep? Huge!

I love the attention to detail, especially the beams in the roof. Most especially the beams in the roof. I don't think I've ever seen anyone trouble to include that sort of detail before.

Thanks!
I'm most proud of that roof support structure.
Actually, HAS that been made before, because I looked for inspiration, but couldn't find any.
