Cheese Chase: My 5th CCCV Entry

Post by Athos »

This one is for the festival/celebration category.

Every year, crowds of people gather in Gloucester to chase a wheel of cheese rolling down a hill:

The whole cheesey gallery:

Do they really do this? That is wonderful...

This is really good, but the angry viking faces make it 10 times better than it would normally be - very funny stuff. Perhaps the cheese wheel should be bigger, but I have no idea... just going on the "look" of the creation, no idea about the size in real life.

They sure do!

Watching footage of it though is absolutely painful- they all fall into each other and over their backs etc, complete lunacy.

Great entry though Steve! Nice execution, and certainly an unconventional choice as a subject!

That's just wrong on so many levels

You really managed to convey the action here. I love the guy with the white hair who seems to be aiming a dive for the cheese!

Good job, Steve! (Oh, and isn't it spelled Gloucester?)

Interesting concept. While the MOC itself is good, I find the topic sort of.... pointless. No matter, if it helps you build better, it is certainly fine.

Hilarious! I love the guy who has fallen over. The very idea of using this in a moc is so funny.

Hehe, I saw something like this on Ripley's Believe It or Not once. Good job on the lanscaping, although some varience, like a layer of brown, might help.
