Makeshift Dwarf Impulse

Just a heads up. There's a Bricklink store called "Helge's Sets and Bricks" that currently has a large voulme of dwarf parts for (IMO) very reasonable prices. He/She has the Brown and Red Beards (no Black for some reason), all four types of helmets, short legs, rocks and the copper axeblades.

All said and done, you could buy a beard, helmet, legs, 1 gold rock, 1 silver rock, 1 copper axeblade and 1 black bar for less than $3.50 USD. (I'm assuming we all have plenty of heads and torsos, neither of which can really be seen with the beard anyway).

The store is in Norway, but based on the chart provided, shipping seems reasonable. (I haven't received my final invoice yet) The minimum order is a bit high ($50) but the way I look at it, for the same price as another Dwarves' Mine set one can clothe and equip 15-20 dwarves.

Just so everyone knows, I'm not connected in any way to this store. I just thought I'd share what I thought was a good deal. Here's the link to the store.

Helge is a she as far as I know and a brilliant seller. I have done several deals with her in the past and am working up to a $500 order with her now.

Don't buy all her inventory out! :D Seriously though Helge is a great seller, I just spent over $250 in her store recently and her quality has never disappointed me in the past 5-6 orders.

I wish I could, she has some seriously good part. Looks like I am going to shoot way past the 5-bills mark - not looking forward to the shipping on this one  However, at least it is all minifig parts/accessories.

As far as shipping goes, I bought $55 worth of dwarf beards, legs and helmets and shipping was $4 to the US. Very reasonable.

I don't know if this is worth a bump, but..

Yes, a fan of military weapons and 'hunting dogs' (not a verb). I stand corrected, Helge is male.

My 150 dwarves rolled in today from his store with approx 1300 pieced together orcs. A fine seller, and now the store that holds my single biggest order by 5X over the next closest.

A gentleman to be sure.

FYI: The minimum order is currently sitting at $100, not $50.
