I am going to buy some lego parts from bricklink but i dont know what color to choose. I want to buy some parts to my 7094 - King’s Castle Siege, is the color i am looking for light gray, or light bluish gray?

Light Bluish Gray, also known as Medium Stone (MdStone) (or light bley for short). The bluish grays replaced the old grays in 03/04 or thereabout.
By the way, sites like Peeron have set inventories where you can check out these kind of things. Before you shop at BrickLink you might have to look at their Color List as color names on BrickLink and Peeron aren't always the same.
