Steampunk Airplane
Steampunk Airplane
This is my first non-castle MOC in years. It is a small black steampunk airplane. I'm not very satisficed with the pictures, its very hard to photograph black LEGO...

It looks nice but it's hard to see the details. I hope you are able to get better pics.

I like the design of it, but I think the all black color scheme is not good for steampunk. I would suggest some brown, light and dark grey, that would make it easier to photograph also! Overall though, awesome job.

That would be nicer, but I have very few of these pieces in brown, light- and dark grayJansen wrote:I like the design of it, but I think the all black color scheme is not good for steampunk. Whoah, with these pics it looks way better. All the little details are great. The roung bricks going down the center work very well with this. Also, I love the angle the wings are at.

I really like it, the overall design is really interesting. I think that the black is just fine. I really like steam punk moc's. If there is a list of the hardest things the photogragh, black lego has to be #1.

This is an advanced steampunk as opposed to the ones that look thrown together from garage car leftovers. Don't get me wrong I love those. I really like both versions of this, they would be great in a post apocalypse MOC.
