I can't tell from this but I assume the warhammer is using the waffle grill head. I don't remember if I made the suggestion off using just three parallel line rather than two (too few) or six (perhaps too many).
The longsword seems skinnier in this view than the 3d view, and the viking sword's blade seem a bit wider. But other than those observations (and the question of will the morning star chain be articulated) a great set of seven. Looking forward to them going into production. All my knights armed with the old Lego Halberd/Axe are looking forward to the Pole-Axe.

Yes, that is a Viking sword. Shield coming also.
FREAK - It's actually a "long sword", or "hand and a half".
I'm sure it could be used as "Excalibur", if you wanted.
TTK - The Hammer head will have 4 "grills", if you will. In
the pic, it has 6. Too much for such small detail.
The Viking sword's blade, at the moment, has the same width
as my other swords. I can always thin it down.
The Long sword blade is being extended a bit more, and
the base(blade)will be a little wider.
Ok, about the "morning star" chain being articulated -
NOT going to happen.
Reason #1 - the spiked ball will always hang, no matter how you
pose your minifig. Imo, that's not good enough.
Reason #2 - the cost difference is insane. 'nuff said.
Because of these 2 reasons, I've concluded that the chain would be
better represented with a "in motion" design.
Which, btw imo, will also work in a relaxed pose.
One more thing - The Crusader helm is being designed right now,
no pics yet. Also...since I've gone the route of the Crusader, there will
be a Saracen/Moors helm too, with a small buckler type(round)shield
to complement it.

Jeff: I can't wait until these are available. I like the Excalibur looking sword alot. And the pole-axe will be useful. Too bad the flail won't be articulated. I can't wait to see the Crusader helmet.
Are they gonna be available in a set, or can we buy them seperatley?
Edit: Will you make the Link set available? if so, how much would it be?

Looking great Jeff,
My financial prospects will be looking better at the end of summer and I can't wait to make a big order of these and the older series of weapons as well. I think the morning star looks great, an articulated chain might be nice, but I really like the "action" pose myself.

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.

All 7 weapons will come on a single sprue, like the first set.
At some point, I may sell "bulk" items.
Like I said - having an articulated flail, as cool as that would be,
just isn't the best method for the minifigs. How silly would it look
to have your spiked ball hanging down ALL the time?
In the real world it works, but not here.

Hmmm what they do @ warhammer, is fixing the chain links so that the ball can be in any crazy position you likeBlasterman wrote: How silly would it look

Oh, and another advantage with this, it then consists of one piece, so i think that might be cheaper... i have no experience whatsoever with moulding though..
Anyway, I think I'd be at least as great as the other stuff on the sprue! Good luck anywayz
Whatever you do, don't.
