Hawt! Gotta get that one.
Re: Imperial Flagship Review
Wow, nice writeup. I normally don't buy the big ships, but that might make me change my mind.

Re: Imperial Flagship Review
That is one mighty-fine ship. Though it doesn't have a mighty-fine price tag...Still...impressive.

Re: Imperial Flagship Review
Svelte's comment concerns me:
MMV a theme-killer? I know there's been a discussion of new 2010 sets (or a lack thereof), and I know that the Pirates theme--though "evergreen"--is going to be shelved for a while, but has it been discussed that MMV marks the demise of the castle line? Is it really 'an end-of-world party to beat all others?'Like the 10193 Medieval Market Village before it, the January 2010 Exclusive slot comes as a theme-killing extravaganza, an end-of-world party to beat all others: the enormous 10210 Imperial Flagship is a behemoth unlike anything that has gone before it, and it will be a long time before we see anything like it again.

Re: Imperial Flagship Review
I believe he is trying to say the MMV and IFS are both January exclusives, and the rest just applies to the IFS. At least that is how I read it. We had 3 other castle sets come out in 2009 after the MMV.jdarlack wrote:Svelte's comment concerns me:MMV a theme-killer? Re: Imperial Flagship Review
That was not what this reviewer meant at all. I'm sure there is no hidden meaning, based on secret information. Its merely a turn of phrase. Its a purposful exaggeration meaning the sets are so big and impressive that there is no need for anything else, as they have it all. To make a long story short, its a joke. Don't worry about it.jdarlack wrote:Svelte's comment concerns me:MMV a theme-killer?
