Hey, first of all I'd like to tell that i am not a new member around here, i used to login as Ebu Deyyus, but from now on I will use this nickname to login to Classic-Castle.(a mod or admin can delete my previous account)

Now moving onto the Moc, this is my entry for the Eastern Medieval life category in CCC7. It's a medieval Rus Orthodox Church with an onion dome:

Very nice, but if the snow is melting, what happened to it? There's no water, and if it melted maybe it would form a puddle or stream?

The Steeple is very nice. The color white, doesn't seem to be the best color for a church in a snow-scape if you ask me.

All I can say is, keep it bricky! ~ S.H

I think white is a really good color choice. If you look at churches in, for example, the russian countryside, they're nearlly all white.
I love this little church :D. Especially the onion-roof on the central tower. I just think the tower underneath it should have had a little more mass.

There are some really nice details here: the horse is awesome, the stained glass is really nice, and the roof is well built. You set a really nice mood here, great work!

Great use of shapes and a color scheme I haven't seen before. I particularly liked the detail work in the graveyard.

Very nice. Your roof designs are great. The onion dome itself is done very well. The color sceme is very nice to look at as well.

It appears to be a minifig leg and a headlight brick. I recall seeing it before on something else, but don't remember what.

Great choice of building! Everything worked well here. I love how you built the onion, and all of the greebles in the graveyard really make it look old and worn. What pieces did you use for the crosses on top of the towers? Those look great!

Well actually in dry climates such as in Eurasians steppes in Russia, the snow doesnt melt to form waters steams, the snow either sublimates, or the melted water evaporates. For the white colored church, i loosely based it on the Church of the Intercession on the Nerl, which is a white church standing out beatifully in snowy scenes. However as I knew it could be problem, i added a stone foundation to seperate it from the snow.

You might have seen it in my brickshelf folder: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=356479

"What pieces did you use for the crosses on top of the towers?"

I connected three silver exoforce hand clips to a silver droid arm, all of the pieces came from assassin droid battlepack.

Again, thank you all for the comments

Well done! The horse is so... complicated. I'm bad at doing things that involve that kind of piecing things together at angles. The graveyard is really nice, as si the building. :)

Wow, after seeing the other pics of the horse, i just started laughing at how genius and simple it was. Good job!
