Re: Fordlandia
Hey Mark,
Great MOC. My favorite bits are probably the fire pit and the library, but there are great details throughout.

Amazing, all those details, simply amazing. I wish I could sit there in the library chair, reading some nice books, and smelling a roast from the kitchen below.

Wow, a great MOC with a lot of details. I chuckled a bit at the killing of the kk2, I could stare at this MOC for a long time. Good job!

Re: Fordlandia
This MOC is one of my favorites! The jelly beans falling into the lava was the best part. Although, I liked how you used Atlantis in it too and also the cool hidden doorways. Sweet MOC, I wish I could see it in person...

Re: Fordlandia
Great MOC, definately going on my Flickr favorites.
I like all the details except the Atlantis figs, those are just too much for me.
The swimmers running away are great though, the dragon pit is perfect, the little farm, everything. Castle details are wonderful inside and outside. Love the library and the kitchen especially. I dunno about the nightclub fitting in but you did a great job designing it.
I would also love to see this in person and could probably spend hours just staring at every little detail.

Re: Fordlandia
Beautiful man! I love the secret passages and the general shape of the main castle. I love scenes based around water and the docks are all well done. Wish I could see it up close but I'm in the South East, so alas t'was not to be Is it going to be judged in any sort of contest? I only ask because I think it would win

Re: Fordlandia
Thanks for all the feedback guys, I appreciate it!
Elbadar,
No it is not being submitted to any contests. I'm personally against MOC contests. I build to have fun and express myself, not to win prizes. However, I do respect and admire how contests can give certain builders amazing amounts of motivation/inspiration.

Re: Fordlandia
Named after Henry Ford's South American utopia, Jóhann Jóhannsson's album, or something completely unrelated?
Re: Fordlandia
Thats cool, I just couldn't help asking because Most MOCs of this calibur are submitted to contests. To be honest I like contests. You get a specific challenge to build in a way that you might not normally build in, a captive audience for your MOCs, and that oh so slim chance of winning something (at least if your me ). The only problem I see is when people get too sensitive and think they did something wrong, but that's not the contests fault.
Anyway still think your castle is great. I may even take some pointers from it for my current castle.

Re: Fordlandia
Simply awesome, I've always thought MOC's that include water are the best.
