Mum's moving house soon and I've just been helping her clear out her loft. I think you can tell where this is going....
Just found a box with between 50 an 100 Black Falcon and Crusader figs, along with various sets, then another box. This had MISB Black falcon's fortress, 2 x MISB Guarded Inn, MISB Forge, MISB several other sets from 1980-1985

You are quite lucky. I am interested in a copy of the misb 6067. Please send me a pm if you are interested in selling it. Thanks.

I'm speechless... Mixed feelings of happiness for you but also jealousy, rage and - say, what is your address?

Ooooh... ...you are indeed very "lucky". Would you considering posting a full list when you get a chance? (And also consider selling it?)

Wow.
I'm very happy for you, and yet I am so envious of your collection.

What a treasure, congratulations!
The obvious question is: Who put that stuff in your mothers loft? Was she once a 'FOL?
Also: Could you snap some pictures of your find so the ones of us lacking yor luck could get something to mast... ...daydream about?

Re: Who's a lucky boy then
Were they yours and your mother packed them away?
I know my parents don't have any secret hidden stash of LEGO, because I never let our sets out of my grasp. But I know a lot of my parents' friends have large stashes stored away in their attics and basements because their kids have grown up and moved out and left the legos behind. I ask them sometimes if they'll let me buy them, but thus far they seem to want to keep them, perhaps in case they have grandchildren someday. Sigh....

Re: Who's a lucky boy then
I know the parts are mine, I have instructions and memories of owning sets that I can't find at my house, some of these were in this box of bits. The unopened boxes, definately weren't mine. Probably things mum got to give to me and I didn't get them because I was naughty or something If I had had those when I was 7/8, believe me, they wouldn't have stayed unbuilt for long.eilonwy77 wrote:Were they yours and your mother packed them away?

That's an incredible find. In particular the MISB 6067s and 6074s are absolute gold! Congratulations on your new (old) sets. If only my mother secretly hid away such treasures.
