300 Spartan Pit Of Death

Persian messengers arrive at the gates of Sparta demanding the submission of Sparta to King Xerxes. In response to this demand, Leonidas and his guards kick the messengers into the "Pit of Death".

Yes, I didn't notice the skulls at first, they're a nice touch. Overall, I think this is a very nice reconstruction, the ground, the columned buildings, the position of the figures, all very nice. Great job.

Just perfect! Another excellent creation, I was hoping to see a 300 scene today and I'm very glad I checked this one out. That pit design is awesome!

... Interesting way to make a pit, for sure... I can't think of any better ways.. hm.

The pit design started this whole moc and don't know if anybody noticed from the other pics that the whole scene literally floats as the pit is actually 24 studs deep.
