hehe, I think this is the medieval version of the toy story's army men (even the minifig base) it looks very cool! Did u painted some parts? This because I want to paint some old minifigs.

figure, sword and base were already green I painted everything else

I think it is too bland. For me, I think there needs to be a hint of other colors to tie it together. Right now it looks like a green statue rather than a man in all green armor etc.

Maybe some gold around the edges? Still it looks pretty good.
