Ok, since Tony and I were the only Admins left behind while Lenny, Ben, Troy and Kevin party a Brickfest, we decided to build like crazy this weekend. So, without further ado, here is my newest creation:

MAN! that is so cool looking! I really like the textured look it gets. Very very medieval fantasy looking. I dont know why but it puts me in the mind of Willow. :D
Keep it man.
Lets see some more wall pieces to go with it.
and a keep
and maybe some houses
:D

Well done! this looks really like a old castle. A mixture of some colours gives a good imitation of a natural stone wall, while a building with only grey sometimes looks like a concrete silo.

Please, put some extensions to it. It will be great 8)

Very nice design, Nathan.

However I personally dislike the mottled look. I much prefer a solid tone wall. It just makes it look far too busy and hard to look at, in my opinion, and in this case greatly detracts from the design of the wall itself, which I find very good in this case. I'd love to see this in solid-light-grey, and in more sections. :)

Good Work! Has a nice weathered look with those staggered dark grey pieces. I like that style because it looks like its seen many battles.

You should try making some walls to go with it, definitly don't destroy it!

This is awesome, maybe I will do something of the sort to compensate for my lack of bricks. I love the crenelations, they look very good with the textured appearance. The only thing I don't like is the round bricks, I don't think they go well.

No, I did  If he says he made it, no one else claims ownership, and he is a reliable person (which he is, being a moderator) then we can assume that he made it.

I meant to comment on this sooner. I like to look at it, and think it would look super among a group of similar structures. However its a bit too over the top for me to ever build something like that. I like it, its just not for me. Kinda like an expensive car or something. Its a bit too extreme for me. I'll stick to solid bricks in a line

Looks great indeed
To make a good castle I have to use almost all my bricks so this gives me a good idea

Great job :D

I really like the uneven windows. The random grey pieces are pretty cool too. Together they give it a rustic look. It also looks like it has seen many battles and many winters.

I also like the removable wall in the back. It gives a good view inside.

Altogether the castle shows good craftsmanship.

I like the overall shape of this and the interior and hidden opening are great. I do think the mottling may be a bit to busy, but it still conveys and aged look well, so well done.

As someone who has built very little recently, I am always glad to see someone else building. :D
