Tigelfah Castle

Hi folks

Some of you may recognise the name Tigelfah castle, it was, indeed is, the name of the town that featured in my CCCX entries.

But that was just the beginning, of the modeling. The beginning lies back to STEAM 2011, when I displayed Haradford castle. At the show I got talking to some other medieval builders in the UK and we agreed to do a collaborative for the next year. Well that didn't happen for a raft of reasons, however we were planning and when CCCX it helped inspire me on the landscaping area I had assigned to me, outside my castle, below is the MOCS all put together.

Since then I have been building away on the castle and now I can show you the inner ward:

You may recognise the waterfall tower, though it is from a different angle. It's nowhere near finished, but thought I'd share it here anyhow.

As to who else is buiding, well your just going to have to wait on that one

James
p.s. if you can come to STEAM it would be great to see you :D

Holy smokes! This is breath-taking! The amount of detail packed in for a scene this size is insane.

"Wow!", pretty much sums it up. :)

 Massive layout :o The castle itself is superbly detailed and I love the landscaping. Is DC one of the other builders?

I've added you to the picture on flickr. Happy to add anyone else if you want.

As for DC, well he's a UK AFOL, lives in London like me, we're both members of Brickish Association and Nu Breed, he does Medieval builds. Good suggestion...................
