LCC Member Survey 2014

Calling all LCC members! I have put together a survey with the Faction Leaders permission that will hopefully help them with future plans for the format and direction of the LCC in 2014.
Follow the link below, there are only ten questions so it shouldn't take long. Answers that have circular tick boxes require one answer only, answers that have square tick boxes you can give multiple answers.

If you reply 'done' or similar in the thread below, then I'll enter you into a prize draw as a little incentive for your help
