This is a fundraiser for ALS research. It was started by a few people, and took off like wildfire. If you get challenged, you have 24 hours to donate to ALS AND/OR do the ice bucket challenge, which is dump a bucket of ice water over your head and put it online. Oh and then you challenge people to do it.

Why is this significant? Because Josh is an admin here at CC. He's a great guy, full of humor and fun. I am guessing that is why he went for the front end loader bucket and not a bucket bucket. Josh rocks.

Oh, I get the fundraising (which is great) and Josh part. Just the premise of the challenge side seems a bit lame.
