Stolen MOCs!

Post by Sir Terrance »

Hi everyone,
I was just on Brickshelf and noticed this.
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?m=CamCorp CamCorp is copying stuff from Hachi.
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=77976

CamCorp also has some other not yet moderated folders with Hachi's names. Should I contact the admins of Brickshelf about this?

Maybe Hachi just got himself a new nick?
Whatever you do, don't.

It's always irritating when someone does this. Yes, contacting Kevin would probably be a good idea.

What a dumb@$$! If your gonna steal a moc then steal a crappy one, not a popular one like that.

Its like stealing the Mona Lisa and the telling everyone that you painted it.

When will people learn,

CRIME DOES NOT PAY!

What a loser, he's passing off Red Bean's stuff as his own.

Stupid image-hijacker. :x :x :x

There was a similiar incident in FBTB forums when some idiot stole other people's SW and Space MOCs and claimed them as his own. The same idiot went around disparaging other people's MOCs.

Except, if I recall correctly, that FBTB troll was stealing MOCs in a sardonic manner.

Oh and he also made a hilarious comic: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=88065

But back to the point, its quite annoying that the new guy is stealing mocs.

And he's definitaly claiming them as his own, and people are falling for it http://www.mocpages.com/home.php/1301

It's possible, but I actually found Classic-Caste.com after I'd already visited Red Bean's website numerous times, so that's not necessarily the case.
I left a review of 'his' work here: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/5578

Look what he wrote:
Welcome to my page! I am Chris, and I'm 12. Please check out my mocs, some are very interesting and all my pictures are well taken! The main reason I made my moc page is for YOUR comments and suggestions, so please leave some! Thx! I will go see your page if you have one and possibly leave a review or two. Enjoy your stay! The custom weapons are not mine. The were made and are sold by www.redbeanstudio.net. Thax to all people who post reviews and helpful tips.
At least he's giving some one credit. Anway this proves that LEGO is only supposed to be for mature adults!

He's 12, it says on his moc page. But he is saying that he made all of hash's stuff, although he gave redbean credit.

Edit:I'm going to write a reveiw on mocpages saying that it is stolen.
