Built for the Castle goes to Space contest.
I transformed the Lunar Launch Site: http://theplasticbrick.com/shop/sku/lunar-l ... t-6959-1-1
I tried to incorporate as many details from the original set: the opening cliff became the entrance to a stash of supplies; the fold down barricade is there; the building features a bell tower rather than the sound system; and I recreated the raised baseplate in castle style.
I threw in a trapdoor into dungeon as an extra feature too.

That recreated baseplate is a work of genius.

The baseplate completely fooled me at first glance, and definitely makes the build stand out.
